Heat the Coconut Oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add the minced shallots and sweat for 1-2 minutes.
Whisk together the quark and milk in a small bowl until you reached a thick sauce-like mixture. Then stir in the shallots, caraway seeds, flax seed oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the quark with fresh cut chives and serve with Organic fingerling or jacket potatoes.
